The Desert House stands as a complete artwork; compact, articulate and protective.
It is located in the desert of Zolfaa, in Saudi Arabia, adrift in the middle of nowhere.
The house is self-sufficient, underpinned by solar energy and local underground water collecting. Passive solutions in sync with the climate and geolocation are sensitively woven into the design.
The Desert House is a meditation and relaxation haven, a place to experience a different relationship between time and space.
