Taller Design by Marta Vilallonga is a studio that understands design as a continuum between architecture, object, and space. Founded in Barcelona in 2001 by Marta de Vilallonga together with architect Ricardo Bofill, the studio builds on more than three decades of experience rooted Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura, bringing to each project a distinctive combination of legacy and creativity.
Each proposal emerges from listening to and interpreting the intangible: identity, use, and atmosphere. Space is articulated through precise geometries, restrained proportions, and a materiality that does not seek to impose itself, but rather to reveal. Form is not an end in itself, but the consequence of an idea constructed with precision and immersed in its surroundings. Structure plays an essential role; it is not concealed but revealed, tensioned, and turned into language.
To design is also to shape a way of inhabiting.

We develop architecture and new build projects that respond to the client’s needs and become unique, long-lasting spaces. We design homes and buildings from the ground up, offering a fully comprehensive service: from the initial concept to complete site management and construction supervision, ensuring quality, control, and a truly distinctive result. We create architectural projects that are viable, original, and designed to stand the test of time.
We approach interior design and full renovation projects by adapting to the lifestyle, vision, and needs of every client. Our work spans all phases: from the initial idea, interior design, material selection, space planning, and lighting, to the final construction. Each project reflects the client’s personality, blending its architectural context with contemporary and functional interior design solutions.
The decoration and styling phase completes and defines each project. We carefully consider every detail: from the choice of colors, textiles, furniture, and decorative lighting, to the integration of technological elements. The result is warm and sophisticated atmospheres that respect the essence of the original architecture while enhancing its character. We design interiors that are welcoming, distinctive, and full of personality.
We offer product and bespoke furniture design, tailored to every type of project: from urban furniture (benches, bins, public lighting) to custom-made home furniture, contract furniture, industrial design for high-traffic spaces, lighting design and other commissions. We create exclusive products that combine aesthetics, functionality, and durability, bringing unique value to every space.
