The Cibeles range was conceived to give continuity to the first contest in Madrid.
With the experience of the first premium line family we were able to improve the design giving it more resistance and better handling.
In its central part we made a nod, partially incorporating the M of Madrid. This, during the process, became a little joke, adding a sexy touch by subtly reminding me of lingerie.
We tried to elude the issue to the council until one day, in a meeting, winking at us, they understood each other.
The design of the 80L Trash Can no longer smiled, but it became narrower, more efficient for passage and reminiscent of Kubrick’s “2001: A Space Odyssey” Totem, or that of a well-known mobile phone brand (Apple), its ergonomics and its aesthetics gave it a decisive modernity.
Combining aesthetics and functionality was a challenge and the premises were complicated. The effort was considerable and we learned a lot.
Its materials and the application of the latest technologies give it a place in urban modernity.
